We developed our in-house quality system to be ISO compliant and will be ISO certified in June of 2005. We provide complete tracability of materials, SPC and other special documentation to support customer needs. Before production, we provide First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) or utilize a Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP). All employees are trained on our quality processes to assure all products continuously meet or exceed customer expectations.
